Did you know that you can print mailing labels directly from QuickBooks®? If you have addresses set up on your customer and vendor lists, you can print mailing labels directly from QuickBooks® without having to export to a word processing program first. This can be a big time-saver!

Did you know that you can merge two names on a list into one? If you have duplicate names on a list in QuickBooks® (ie. customer list), you can merge the two names together and all prior transaction history will be combined into one. This will ensure proper posting and avoid confusion.

Did you know you should backup your QuickBooks® data file every time you enter data? You should make regular backup copies of your QuickBooks® file to a location other than your hard drive (ie. disk, CD, "memory stick", etc.). In the event that something should happen to your hard drive, you can pick up where you left off on any computer that has the QuickBooks® program, as long as you have a current backup. Without a backup copy, you could lose ALL YOUR DATA – don’t let that happen to you!
